RPA Business Analyst

Job Resonsibilities

• Conduct detailed process analysis for endorsed initiatives to evaluate suitability for digital automation.
• Perform GAP analysis to ensure digital solutions are appropriate for country/region.
• Utilize agile data modeling to suggest business solutions.
• Monitor digital solutions, prepare technical/business reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses.
• Support project management: assist PM in assessments, manage deployments, set up deployment toolkit, update deployment heat map.
• Drive testing, acceptance of project results, and lead project teams.
• Translate project requirements into objectives/tasks.
• Administer project management plans/processes for successful execution.
• Proactively monitor risks, issues, scope, and escalate as needed.
• Obtain feedback at critical milestones and project completion.
• Apply project management methodologies consistently.

Job Requirements

• 3 - 5 years RPA Business Analyst experience and/or Project Management Experience.
• Demonstrates innovation, creativity, and self-motivation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Experience with project methodologies such as Agile methodology is a plus.
• Fluent in English and preferable one other language.
• Minimum 3 years in business analysis and/or leading (global) projects.
• Ability to overcome the complexities involved in changing complex processes, systems and habits.
• Analytical and process thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo effectively and constructively.
• Strong interest in Robotic Process and other Digital Automation areas.
• Team player with can-do attitude, continuously learning and self-motivated.
• Experience with Power BI/RPA is a plus.
• Microsoft Excel and/or Access experience.
• Excellent influencing and persuading skills, strong ability to motivate and convince.
