Job description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling and addressing incidents, service requests, and change requests.
  • Responsible for engaging with users to comprehend, record, categorize, and create and maintain development documents (Functional and Technical Specifications) and other pertinent documentation as required (e.g., new connector or customized connector). This ensures adherence to Change Governance and Information Security policies and facilitates development tasks.
  • Executing modifications associated with incidents and change requests and deploying them to the production system.
  • Ensuring that the resolution time for incidents and change requests aligns with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) based on their priority.
  • Conducting code reviews, performing regression testing, and facilitating user-acceptance testing, as necessary.
  • Coordinating and performing routine platform patches and upgrades.

Education:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems or a business-related field with a specialization in computing systems.

Experience:

  • Have 2-4 years of practical experience using RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. Strong preference for candidates with specific knowledge and experience in UiPath and its suite of products.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, or .Net.
  • Possess basic programming knowledge in HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
  • Familiarity with common applications like SAP, Ariba, AS400 is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

  • Preferably hold UiPath RPA Developer certifications.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Previous programming experience in Microsoft tools such as Visual Basic or Visual Studio (.Net) is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Office365 applications and solutions (e.g., SharePoint Online, Power Apps) is advantageous.

Practical Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SLA adherence and a performance-driven work culture.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourceful, independent, and results-oriented.
  • A strong team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Proactive attitude.
