Relationship Manager, Business Banking

Our Client

A leading international bank is seeking a few Relationship Managers to grow the business banking portfolio by achieving the budgeted financials.

About the Role

  • Build and expand existing client relationships through pro-active contact, account planning, and effective pipeline management
  • Maximise product penetration and cross selling by undertaking joint client's visits with the relevant specialist in order to support overall cross selling activities
  • Build and maintain customer relationship through regular face-to-face, in-office
  • Develop account plans in a timely manner and swiftly follow up on identified action items
  • Gather information on existing and potential customers; analyse their credit worthiness, credit data, financial information etc to facilitate the credit analysis and approval process
  • Partner with CDD in ensuring all CDD and related policies and procedures are followed
  • Support continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Accounting, Economics or relevant discipline(s)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' banking experience in sales and relationship management, preferably skilled in business development and growing new businesses
  • Possess the ability to think out of box, adapt and react fast in a changing sales environment
