Job Title: Regional Senior Sales Engineer

Location: Bukit Beruntung

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the Southeast Asia region. This role requires a deep understanding of thermal management solutions and the ability to build strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide technical support and product presentations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the thermal management or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of thermal management solutions and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region as required.
