Regional Sales Manager (Central)

Job description

A global specialty chemicals manufacturer is seeking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team, managing the sales for Central region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new prospects to drive business growth.
  • Maintain relationship with existing accounts and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Conduct market analysis on industry trends, market changes, and competitors.
  • Devise effective sales strategies to increase sales team performance.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in sales within the consumer industry or similar (experience in General Trade will be an added advantage).
  • Fluent in both English and Malay (written & spoken).
  • Proven sales track record.
