Regional Sales Development Manager

Job description

Our client is a homegrown FMCG brand with global presence, holding a wide portfolio within beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the sales intelligence function to analyse commercial data and recommend strategies for improvement.

2. Support regional sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

3. Identify consumer trends and produce data visualisation reports.

4. Conduct in-depth analysis on business operations to work closely with commercial team to develop sales & trade plans.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field.
  • Min. 4-5 years of experience in sales development, commercial strategy, or similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurial mindset and works well in fast-paced environments.
