Regional Sales Coordinator

Summary
Reporting directly to the Regional VP of Sales, you will have an important role to play within the regional Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales team for creation and distribution of presentations, proposals and other supporting documents.
  • Support senior management with order and project management, ensuring an accurate price list, equipment and commercial offers.
  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff in meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
  • Reviewing and processing orders and ensure that the correct terms and conditions are being followed.
  • Developing a close and professional relationship with customers.


Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a support function within Sales or Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
  • Willing to assist in sales campaigns as needed, particularly through presentations and proposals.
  • Background in Engineering would be highly advantageous.
