About Our Client

Our client is a strong player within the retail industry with regional presence seeking for a Regional Performance & Total Rewards Manager to design and enhance performance management frameworks while strengthening compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring robust talent outcomes and consistent reward practices across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the development and governance of regional performance frameworks, ensuring KPIs and evaluation processes are aligned to organisational strategy and consistently applied across all markets.
    • Oversee the full performance management cycle, driving clarity in goal setting, mid‑year reviews, and year‑end assessments while promoting fairness, accountability, and a high‑performance culture.
    • Shape and maintain Group‑wide compensation and reward structures, including salary frameworks, job architecture, bonus design, and pay policies, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and a clear link between performance and rewards.
    • Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking to assess reward competitiveness, advising HR and business leaders on compensation decisions, promotions, and adjustments across the region.
    • Design performance‑driven incentive programmes, ensuring short‑ and long‑term rewards are aligned with business priorities, financially sound, and effective in reinforcing desired outcomes.
    • Partner with regional and country HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of performance and rewards frameworks, uphold governance standards, and harmonise practices across markets.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
  • Comes with around 6 - 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or similar role, with experience in performance management an added advantage.
  • Familiar with salary benchmarking, analysing competitor trends, and developing strong frameworks.
  • Prior regional exposure would be advantageous.
