Regional Business Development Manager

Heading/intro:

This company is a manufacturer of high performance polymer coating solutions, mainly selling to the glove manufacturing indstry, this role will focus on new business development across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement short and long-term sales strategies to drive sales and set annual sales targets.
• Actively seek new business using sales & marketing campaigns, exhibitions, sales events, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other effective methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the assigned region.
• Performing market research and customer feedback to stay on top of market trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, goals and relevant action plan.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 5 - 8 years of techincal sales experience, ideally within the glove manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Additional language skills would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally. (minimum of once per quarter)
