Regional Business Development Manager

Job description

Heading/intro:
Our client is one of the region's largest manufacturer of industrial raw materials. Due to expansion, they are now looking for experienced Regional Business Development Managers to expand their presence in the international market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the development of company's full range of products in new and unexplored countries.
  • Expand customer base while maintaining a good rapport with existing customers.
  • Conduct product presentations.
  • Marketing management including report, project and execution.
  • Participate in market and competitor analysis, monitor market trend and sales requirements.
  • Prepare sales and marketing strategies plans as part of the Company overall market development plan.
  • Driving to achieve the expected personal and group sales targets and to push for growth of market share of the company's products.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 -8 years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager with track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in Sales/Business Development overseas market will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated individual that possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel overseas frequently.
