Regional AI & ML Engineer

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI-driven features for personalized recommendations, promotions, and tailored user experiences.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to develop predictive models and proactive engagement strategies.
  • Implement NLP techniques for chatbots and voice assistants to enhance customer support and interaction.
  • Use AI for precise user segmentation and deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms like AWS Lambda and SageMaker.


Candidate Profile:

  • University or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-commerce or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in full life-cycle software development (includes analysis, architecture, and design documentation)
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS services (Lambda, SageMaker).
  • Strong background in data science, machine learning algorithms, and NLP.
