Regional Aftersales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a long term growth strategy for the Aftersales division with the Southeast Asia region.

• Selection and onboarding of distributors and chanel partners across the region.

• Work closely with the Sales team to drive aftersales for existing customers.

• Manage stocks and inventories of aftersales products, ensuring that budget and targets are met.

• Keeping up to date with market and competitor intelligence.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• 8 - 10 years of experience in an aftersales or aftermarket role.

• Experience in managing distributors/channel partners across multiple countries.

• Excellent operational organization and communication skills.
