Recruitment Coordinator (Thai Speaker) Hybrid

Recruitment Coordinator (12-month contract)
Location: KL Eco City
Hybrid working mode

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks for day-to-day recruitment and new joiner onboarding.
  • Perform system maintenance and manage administrative tasks related to hiring and employee movement (promotion, progression, transfers, etc.).
  • Work closely with Recruiter to handle inquiries from internal & external stakeholders.
  • Process TA vendor invoices and ensure timely submission for payment.
  • Support with report generation, as assigned.
  • Assist in translation tasks whenever required.

Required Qualification / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related.
  • Fluent in spoken & written Thai and English.
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years of recruitment related work experience.
  • Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • IT savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office applications.
