As part of our expansion plans in Malaysia we are looking for talents to join us as we look to develop more high performing consultants and leaders.

What you will do

  • Establish close relationships with key accounts to induce client retention and generate new business development initiatives
  • Understand client's job assignment requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
  • Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
  • Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
  • Enhance candidate and client pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency so as to keep us ahead of the competition, and induce retention internally

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree or above in any disciplines
  • Comes with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment, either as an Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition or from an agency setting
  • Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally
  • Self motivated and results driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to excel
  • Able to think outside the box for creative solutions and challenge the status quo
  • Candidates with proven track record from an agency setting will be considered for a Senior/Management role
