Quality Engineer

Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize the implementation and achievement of quality-related objectives, analyse unachieved matters, propose, and track investigation of causes, and implement improvement measures, etc.
2. Establish and improve the quality assurance system, implement quality management regulations, and continuously improve the company's product quality.
3. Responsible for implementing quality-related training within the company to enhance the quality awareness of company personnel.
4. Responsible for the management of inspection equipment, including the formulation of relevant system documents, outsourcing calibration, and in company inspections, etc.
5. Responsible for organizing and ensuring that the introduction of new products reaches predetermined quality goals.
6. Responsible for supervising and inspecting quality records, organizing, and analysing quality data.
7. Responsible for the collection, transmission, and reply of quality management information, as well as the analysis and control of quality costs.
8. Responsible for the compilation and archiving of quality management data, including third-party inspection reports, on-site inspection records, etc.
9. Management, preparation, revision, and release of operating documents, collection and organization of quality-related documents and reports.
10. Responsible for the compilation, regular updating and archiving of the company's safety production standardization documents.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive or manufacturing industry.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management).
3. Proficiency in communication skills and ability to work independently and as a team player as well as interact with people at all levels.
4. Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
