Quality Assurance Manager (Semiconductor)

This Multinatinal Electronics Manufacturer based in Johor is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the entire department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead all areas of QA; In-process, Incoming, Outgoing, Customer, Supplier, and QMS.
• Lead a department of Quality Assurance Engineers to achieve Quality-related KPIs.
• Mentor a team of young engineers to ensure growth and enhancement of skillset.
• Communicate with internal & external stakeholders in order to cross-functionally collaborate to achieve company-wide goals.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 10 - 15 years of experience prior working in a MNC Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree at minimum in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical/relevant).
• Lean Six Sigma training. (certifications would be highly advantageous)
• Exceptional communication skills in order to convey ideas and to adequately negotiate with relevant stakeholders.
