QA Engineer

Key Requirements:

1. Monitor and analyze quality metrics such as defect rates, customer complaints, and non-conformance reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

2. Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to define quality standards and resolve quality-related issues.

3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SOPs/SIPs and identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Carry out supplier audits and evaluations to assess their capability to meet quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

5. Oversee incoming material inspections and manage any abnormalities with appropriate follow-up actions.

6. Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and enhance overall quality.

7. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and relevant certifications.

8. Manage the calibration and upkeep of quality inspection tools and equipment.

9. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance concepts, practices, and tools.

10. Assist with other quality-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Engineering is preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Capable of leading QA teams, including inspectors, leaders, and supervisors, to meet company goals.

• Strong understanding of product inspection and testing procedures.

• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders in China.
