Project Engineer

Our client is an international FMCG manufacturer. They are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join their rapidly expanding team.

Job Responsibility:

1. Drives Consumer Complaint investigations and propose actions to eliminate / minimize to lowest possible level manufacturing.
2. related failures.
3. Support product/material development and project implementation according to statistical analysis methodology.
4. Works in small group activities as the expert for process and technology for his/her production lines.
5. Responsible for continuous improvements that delivers positive effect in safety, quality & performance.
6. Responsible for training and coaching of the operation teams to improve behaviours and adequate use of systems & tools.
7. Ensure the project deliverables are within timeline, optimize cost efficiency and meet customer specifications.
8. Resolve technical & design issues related to the project.
9. Having strong experience in full cycle/rollout implementation project to designing and configuring ERP modules.
10. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification.
2. Must have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Machine and process validation/ qualification, as well as Engineering Change/Change Control process.
3. Must be having experience in manufacturing field.
4. Experience in automation engineering is preferred.
5. Posses leadership and communication skills.
