Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related Information Technology disciplines; Additional professional/technical qualifications will be advantageous although not mandatory.
  • At least 9 years' experience in relevant Banking / Information Technology.
  • Proficient in Core Banking domain knowledge covering applications, architecture, and database.
  • Team management & leadership experience in heading a department or functional unit.
  • Good understanding and experience in of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC or AGILE).
  • Knowledge of Silverlake's banking software suite or AS400 (advantageous).
  • Planning, tracking, monitoring the delivery timeline and support team members in their daily task.
  • Be able to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements to meet the milestone.
  • Possess strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills to translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Curious person with strong problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Having open mind set and always keen to learn beyond domains under charge so as to build up more holistic knowledge.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Able to work independently and have a keen eye on details.
  • Resourceful team player, who can work on multiple assignments, with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Results-oriented person with a focus on delivery.
