Programme Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead a team of project managers and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project objectives, progress, and results to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including staff, budgets, and external vendors.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or any relevant fields.
• Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, eg Agile.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
