Production Manager (Semiconductor)

This company in Malacca is a Multinational Electronics manufacturer with operations all over the world. Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a Production Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing of all production operations and development of new manufacturing processes.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of the production floor.
• Drive and meet production target as well as supporting internal and external audits.
• Regular review with management on productivity related matters.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree (at minimum) or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or equavalent).
• Strong fundamentals in IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards.
• Expertise in manpower management & production planning.
• Exceptional understanding regarding machine capacity management.
• Lean six sigma accreditations are an added advantage.
