Production Manager

Our client is an industrial solutions provider specializing in the design, production and distribution of infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage and develop production staff, including training, performance reviews, and shift scheduling.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Drive lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid production delays.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably steel or heavy industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
