Product Manager, Transaction Banking

Our Client

A leading foreign bank is seeking a Product Manager to drive product development, management and commercialisation with the focus on cash management, trade and supply chain.

About the Role

• Manage product budget process for product development; identification and preparation of business requirements and review functional specifications
• Participate in client deals/RfPs to provide product related inputs; coordinate with TB Sales, Coverage and Operations on clients requirements to facilitate deal closures
• Co-ordinate and guide IT development teams to achieve desired delivery; manage project enhancements, oversee UAT and production test(s)
• Preparation of internal and external product marketing documents; provide training and support to sales, implementation and client services teams
• Engage multiple stakeholders internally from IT, operations, legal, compliance for successful product delivery; externally with regulators, clearing houses, industry associations to track regulatory and market development

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in corporate or transaction banking focusing on cash management, trade finance and supply chain
• Experience in commercialization of transaction banking products, with knowledge on local regulatory and market environment, including the FinTech space
• Possess strong business acumen with effective leadership and influencing skills
