Product Manager (Insurance)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT products, from roadmap planning to successful delivery aligned with business goals.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders throughout product development.

• Prepare product documentation, oversee implementation, and drive testing and validation activities.

• Prioritize and balance business needs, building strong partnerships with senior leaders and business units.

• Define strategic plans, enforce governance standards, and establish best practices for IT delivery.

• Develop, mentor, and guide team members to build sustainable technical and leadership capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.

• 6-8 years' experience in product management, IT projects, or software engineering, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong background in system applications, data management, and technology rollouts.

• Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with proven project management skills.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Preferably experienced in insurance operations and distribution models.

• Highly motivated, independent, and effective in team collaboration.
