Product Design (Frog Asia - UI/UX)

Responsibilities of this Role:

• Collaborate with the Head of Product and the Product Team to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications based on business requirements and user feedback.
• Develop planning and design resources, including personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Conduct testing with internal and external users, iterating on designs to improve the product.
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Create original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring responsiveness and optimal user experience.
• Manage design activities across multiple projects, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, and management).
• Continuously conduct user research and testing, incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to enhance the user experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience with a background in design consulting.
• Strong online design portfolio showcasing examples of web and mobile applications.
• Proven ability to approach complex design problems, presenting solutions through wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, presentations, click-through prototypes, and design specifications.
• Process-driven mindset with excellent interaction design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Thorough knowledge of design standards for web and mobile platforms, such as Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Ability to work independently, supporting multiple ongoing projects, and collaborating in a cross-functional team environment.
• Passionate about design evangelism and establishing design processes across teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a strong command of English.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Marvel.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and driven to make a difference.
• Strong team player with leadership qualities.
