Procurement Manager

You will be working for a well-established manufacturing company with a strong presence in the technology and industrial solutions space. Due to continuous business growth and a focus on strengthening internal capabilities, they are currently hiring a Procurement Manager to support and transform their procurement function. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic sourcing activities including supplier benchmarking, evaluation, and selection to support business needs.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes such as RFQ/RFP, negotiation, PO issuance, and contract documentation.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align purchasing requirements, timelines, and cost expectations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements to ensure cost efficiency and supply continuity.
• Strengthen supplier relationship management and monitor performance on quality, delivery, and service levels.
• Support procurement transformation by improving workflows, governance, and ERP/e-procurement adoption for better efficiency and control.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Solid years of experience in procurement/ strategic sourcing experience from manufacturing industries.
• Strong capability in commercial negotiation, contract management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience driving process improvements and improving procurement structure/governance.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement tools such as SAP / Oracle (or similar systems).
