Process Excellence Specialist, SSC

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to person for providing initial support and troubleshooting for RTR systems, assisting end users in resolving any issues and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular reviews with user groups to assess and improve the functionality of the systems.
  • Collaborate with system administrators, data scientists, and enterprise technology teams to implement enhancements and improvements across different functions.
  • Provide training sessions to end users and act as an expert in complex business processes.
  • Assist in integration with systems like Order Management, Customer Portal, Data Warehouse and SAP System.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Accounting or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Global Business Services / SSC environment as accounting or tech support.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (both verbal and written).
  • Well verse with SAP systems, order management and data warehouse.
  • Capable of troubleshooting system-related issues and proficient in Microsoft Excel, with desirable expertise in Power BI.
