Process Engineering Manager (Semiconductor)

Our client is a world-leading electronics manufacturer from the U.S. Due to increasing demand from their customers worldwide, they are looking to add a Process Engineering Manager to assist in the overall efficiency and capability of their Equipment Engineering department.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and propose recommendations to improve business processes using Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
• Manage, coordinate and direct the Process Engineering team and seek to eliminate bottlenecks that impair the efficiencies of the process
• Cross-functionally collaborate with R&D, QA, Manufacturing and other relevant stakeholders to pinpoint the root cause towards issues that are experienced
• Closely monitor KPIs that correlate with corrective actions for improvement
• Oversee the reporting matrix of the department in order to communicate on-time delivery of important data to internal stakeholders such as Management/Senior Manager

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Strong leadership and seniority capabilities - must be able to lead a team of Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians
• Background in Front-of-Line/Assembly within Semiconductor front-end manufacturing
• Experience with Power QFN products would be an added advantage
• Knack for handling, summarizing, and presenting robust data through 8D reporting during internal, external, and executive meetings
• Strong team-player abilities - charisma, influence, leadership. empathy, consideration
