Process Engineer

This rapidly expanding global semiconductor company is seeking Process Engineers to join it's dynamic organization.


Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process issues, equipment malfunctions, and production bottlenecks in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to coordinate process development efforts and ensure seamless integration of new technologies and products.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Training and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development activities.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is desirable but not required.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., JMP, Minitab) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
