Our client is one of the top players in the telco industry renowned for its vibrant culture. They are currently looking for a Partner & Revenue Principal to lead an upcoming project.

Reporting to the Head of IT Services, this role needs you to manage end to end Partner & Revenue Domain (Partner Billing, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Mgmt, etc). You'll oversee the entire process from analyzing Incidents (Root Cause Analysis) to strategizing, implementing and monitoring solutions and their outcome. You'll also manage demand and capacity.

You'll need to be 24x7 ready to address incidents with your team. All to ensure stability, effective, efficient, availability, timely and quality of IT Services within your responsibility.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Science
• Minimum 8 years' experience in related fields
• Knowledgeable in system administration (configuration, production activity, etc), programming experience in scripting, RDBMS and/or application programming
• Technology Acumen: Understanding how Infrastructure supports the business
