Principal Architect - ServiceNow

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the comprehensive design and architecture of Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with enterprise-wide standards
  • Implement and uphold coding conventions, development best practices, and platform governance to safeguard solution quality.
  • Manage integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

Key requirement:

  • Over 15 years of experience in IT, including more than a decade focused on ServiceNow platform architecture and development
  • Extensive proficiency across key ServiceNow modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Security Operations (SecOps)
  • Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Customer Service Management, and Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
