Policy & Sales Operation Support, Associate

Job description

Main Responsibility:

  • Communicate with clients, bankers and insurers to ensure effective transfer of required data/ documents.
  • Ensure prompth preparation & delivery of premium notice to clients.
  • Ensure prompt preparation & delivery of policy annual review package to clients.
  • Ensure post annual review meetings/status are updated in the system.


  • Proficiency in English & Chinese & Cantonese (need to deal with Switzerland/Dubai/HK/SG counterparts)
  • Good communication skill, preferable with call center/customer service/telemarketing background
  • Degree holder in any discipline
