Job description


  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of premium notices and policy annual review packages to clients
  • Update system with post-annual review meeting statuses
  • Maintain quarterly and annual cash values in the system
  • Create client-specific presentations and policy comparisons for meetings
  • Facilitate communication between various parties such as clients, bankers, and insurers for efficient data/document transfer


  • Hold a degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese (Read and Write), and Cantonese
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and proactive in following up on cases and daily tasks
  • Customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred
