Job description

Our client is a global organization driving innovation and sustainability through advanced solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on all HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Lead and manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) activities, ensuring timely resolution of grievances and disciplinary cases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with union representatives; participate in collective bargaining and negotiations when required.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support cultural transformation within the plant.
  • Partner with line managers to implement performance management processes and capability-building programs.
  • Monitor HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, disciplinary cases) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IR and ER practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Union management experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
