About Our Client

Our client is a global gaming player seeking for a Partnerships & Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. In this role, you'll be responsible to increase engagement with school partners and drive outreach to the new generation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze global gaming trends and identify new market opportunities, leveraging insights from local game and product data.
  • Develop regional publishing strategies covering partnerships, brand campaigns, community engagement, and platform collaborations to drive market penetration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including HQ, to align strategies, integrate local resources, and execute impactful marketing and localized events.
  • Apply cultural insights and data-driven thinking to create integrated marketing approaches that resonate with players.
  • Lead and motivate the local operations team, building capabilities and resources to support regional growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Comes with at least 5 years of partnerships experience, working closely with and/or partnering with schools / universities to launch events and marketing campaigns.
  • Experienced in developing strategic marketing campaigns, with experience in digital channels an added advantage.
  • Analytical and tech-savvy.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin will be advantageous.
