Operation Manager

• Supervise product, plant and manufacturing engineering projects and initiatives regarding feasibility, cost, and timeliness.
• Reviews project plans using project management techniques to ensure adherence to sound project management criteria.
• Supervise the qualification of new products and raw material to be incorporated into manufacturing accordingly.

• Establish priorities and assign work to appropriate team members, monitors performance and resolve conflicts among team members.
• Define goals and objectives consistent with business strategy by investigation information sources and by working with key individuals.
• Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Ensure output meets quality standards.
• Participate in annual budget preparation and champions capital expenditures project planning and budgeting.
• Monitor capital expenditures to insure control within budgetary limitations.
• Establishes and maintains an environment conducive to continuous improvement in manufacturing; recommends alternatives for improving production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions
