Omnichannel Manager

Job description

Our client is a global market leader within the FMCG industry, seeking for an Omnichannel Manager to join their team in leading their multi-channel strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Create the customer journey roadmap to ensure a smooth brand journey from offline to offline channels.
  • Develop the omnichannel strategies to tackle customer pain points, seize new growth opportunities, and create personalized experiences.
  • Drive synergy across the sales and marketing teams along with retail partners to align business goals for both online and offline channels.
  • Analyze and track channels performance to ensure strong conversion as well as identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
  • Has at least 3 - 5 years of ecommerce / omnichannel / channel management experience. Experience within FMCG / Retail will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in working with both online and offline channels.
  • Possess strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
