Network SME (NFVi)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of Mobile Core Network, Cloud Core and NFVi platform, ensuring high-quality delivery for customers.
• Establish task forces, investigations or war rooms to ensure stakeholders receive timely updates.
• Ensure Managed Service Partner (MSP) performance and delivery meets Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of all NFV project equipment.
• Drive process, procedure and control improvements to enforce IT service policies and maintain compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Job Requirements

• At least a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Technology, IT, Computer Science, Management or relevant experience
• Proficient in Core Network, Cloud Core/NFVi, ZTE, Huawei, VNF and 5G Core as an added advantage.
• Familiarity with standardisation bodies like 3GPP, ITU, TMForum, MEF, and IEEE.
• Experienced in Telco networks as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Effectively build strategic partnerships with service partners or vendors, as well as strong stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration skills.
