National Sales Manager

National Sales Manager position available for a world renowned fmcg company

About this role:

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will be responsible for driving sales as a market leader.


  • Leading the national sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop a strong rapport with key customer accounts.
  • Manage day to day operations of the sales team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts on a quarterly basis.
  • Perform market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Keep sales team and customers updated with new product launches.


  • 5 years of experience in a Sales Management role, managing at least 2 Sales Managers.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets.
  • Execellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the food related FMCG industry.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
