National Business Manager

About Our Client

Our client is a global player in the food ingredients industry, and as part of their business expansion they are seeking for a National Business Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing the business through new channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on sales and volume objectives while ensuring profitability across assigned segments.
  • Oversee financial targets for expansion into new sales channels.
  • Work with planning teams to forecast demand, maintain accurate segment plans, and schedule promotions in advance.
  • Design and executive strategic initiatives for Industrial and Foodservice markets in line with business goals.
  • Grow the distributor network across FMCG and Food Service channels to secure new accounts and drive deeper market penetration.

Requirements

  • Comes with at least 10 years of sales experience within Consumer Goods / Food Ingredients Manufacturing or similar.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Analytical, customer-focused, and tech-savvy.
