MS Dynamics Developer (CRM)

Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing the complete software development lifecycle and providing support for Customer Management and Compliance initiatives
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for technical resolutions and efficiently managing incident, problem, and knowledge management processes for the relevant applications.
  • Effectively managing 3rd party product vendors and integration partners to ensure timely and high-quality application code fixes.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to prioritize the overall work backlog and address problem remediation.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to methodologies, tools, personnel, architecture, project management, and governance.



Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics development, utilizing Dot Net or ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS commands
  • Knowledge of SQL, and relational databases (including traditional RDMS like SQL Server) is essential
