What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with qualified mortgage leads provided by the company

  • Understand customer needs (purchase, refinancing, cash-out)

  • Recommend the most suitable mortgage solutions

  • Guide customers through the end-to-end loan application process

  • Identify refinancing opportunities and maximise revenue from leads

  • Liaise with banks on rates and promotions

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years of mortgage sales experience

  • Strong knowledge of home loans and property financing

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Confident communicator with strong client advisory skills

  • Experience using CRM systems and managing leads effectively

  • Highly driven, resilient, and customer-focused

  • Remote / Hybrid working arrangement
