I graduated with a Diploma in Culinary Arts from Sunway University and began my career as a commis chef, eventually working my way up to Sous Chef at one of Kuala Lumpur’s leading fine dining establishments. When the Covid-19 pandemic reshaped the hospitality industry, I transitioned into content moderation, where adaptability and attention to detail became essential.

I later moved into customer service with a US-based bank, a role that strengthened my communication skills, resilience, and ability to problem-solve under pressure. Seeking further growth both professionally and personally, I was introduced to the world of recruitment by a friend who encouraged me to explore this dynamic and people-centric industry. Since stepping into recruitment, I’ve embraced the opportunity to match talent with the right roles and discovered a genuine passion for supporting individuals and organisations in finding success.

Roles I Recruit For

I specialise in recruiting within the banking and financial services sector, with a focus on front office positions across retail banking. Drawing from my previous experience, I also focus on contact centre and customer-facing roles, where service excellence and strong communication are key.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding through video games and music, both of which help me recharge after a busy day. Although I’ve transitioned away from the culinary world, cooking continues to play an important role in my life, especially when preparing meals for family and friends.
