A global FI is hiring multiple headcounts to expand their growth in risk management. You will be working alongside a technical team to enhance the global AML systems & methadologies using data analytics for financial crime detection and prevention. You will gain good stakeholder management skills and work alongside with business units to continuosly enhance the monitoring tools.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy models for anomaly detection, behavior profiling, and predictive scoring.
• Enhance Transaction Monitoring effectiveness and ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and optimize processes like threshold tuning and segmentation.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in design and development. Open to candidates with credit risk / market risk model development / validation / data analytica/ AI knowledge.
• Strong background in deploying models within a compliance environment.
• Postgraduate degree in Management/Statistics/Mathematics or a Graduate degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
