They are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Finance Controlling).
Job Description:
Focus on Statutory Reporting, Balance Sheet Governance, Tax Support (Direct & Indirect), Cash Agenda, Transfer Pricing, and Financial Control Framework (FCF)
Support one or more markets and collaborate with Finance stakeholders (CFOs, Country Business Partners, Controllers)
Work with a team of analysts to execute financial, control, and accounting processes
Coordinate with external partners for statutory reporting and regulatory submissions
Perform month-end close and ensure timely delivery of financial information
Maintain a strong control environment and support a healthy balance sheet position
Business Partnering with Marketing team and Global Finance Services (GFS)
Provide financial data to support local tax compliance and transfer pricing adjustments
Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business decisions
Uphold corporate governance standards and ensure compliance with financial controls
Drive process standardization and simplification continuously
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
5-7 years of experience in General Accounting / Controlling
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (verbal & written)
Strong communication skills - ability to explain finance to non-finance teams
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work effectively in diverse, global teams
Hands-on experience with SAP, additional ERP/systems knowledge is an added benefit.
Knowledge of financial reporting controls and compliance standards
