Merchandise Planner (1 year convertible to perm)

  • Completing analytics and other tasks to support DTC business
  • Creating the allocation plan and ensure timely execution.
  • Monitoring store stock levels and sales trends through allocation tools and analytics
  • Completing analytics to support balancing stock within stores and across channels as needed
  • Reviewing inventory to ensure support of seasonal marketing initiatives
  • Managing stock allocation to stores and balance the stock across stores and channels
  • Manage stock consolidation in between stores to reduce low moving merchandise
  • Ensure effective cross functional communication with key stakeholders (Retail & Marketing)
  • Participate in store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs
  • Attending meetings as appropriate to learn new skills and increase business knowledge


  • 1 year contract basis (convertible to permanent employee)
  • Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
  • Normal working hours: 8.30AM-5.30PM
  • Location: Midvalley City

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience as Merchandiser/Planner preferably in retail industry
  • Good English communication skills
  • Able to start immediately or notice period less than 1 month
