Marketing Admin Executive

Job description

Our client is a well-established household name within the FMCG industry and is looking for a Marketing Admin Executive to assist and support the marketing team in reporting and analysis, budget management, and other marketing-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and updating the Local and Regional Management monthly reports.
  • Submitting and updating the marketing department A&P and working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy of expenditure and compliance.
  • Updating the marketing department's monthly Nielsen database and Topline Reports.
  • Tracking the Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Invoicing and Payment for the marketing department.
  • Planning and organizing all marketing department meetings and conferences.
  • Managing social media enquiries and complaints while working with respective brands and managers.
  • Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or Accounting.
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office Powerpoint, Excel & Word.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
