Key responsibilites:

  • The design, evolution, continuous improvement, and analysis of all online support tools used by internal teams and external users
  • Manages the security and upkeep of digital support platforms and workflows, oversees the development and evaluation of web-based applications, and handles visual design and content refinement
  • Create, design, or revise reports that monitor and evaluate our operational workflows

Key requirements:

  • Over 12 years of experience in the software development lifecycle and web development, ideally within a customer support environment
  • Knowledge of server-side programming using languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or Go
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, particularly in the area of Large Language Models (LLMs)
