The company partners with commercial, industrial, and residential clients to deliver sustainable energy solutions that help reduce energy costs and support the transition to clean power.
They are seeking a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to drive B2B customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through highly optimized marketing campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging digital channels, analytics, and marketing technologies to deliver measurable results and support the company's continued expansion in the renewable energy sector.
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and revenue growth.
Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage and optimize Search (CPC) and Display (CPM) campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and enhance conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, business development, and analytics to execute integrated marketing campaigns (ads, sales tools, SEM, SEO).
Manage external creative and digital agencies, ensuring effective campaign activation and delivery.
Allocate and manage marketing budgets, analyzing spend efficiency and recommending adjustments to improve outcomes.
Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on digital advertising and lead generation.
Strong understanding of marketing technology (MarTech) and digital platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising tools.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or HubSpot is an added advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter with a proactive, innovative mindset and the ability to think strategically and creatively to solve challenges.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads) are a plus.
