Our Client
A leading financial services provider is seeking a Manager, Operational Risk to lead a team, assess controls effectiveness and mitigate risks across the respective units and functions.
About the Role
- Lead a team of analysts to execute risk assessments and control testing activities
- Facilitate and advise on the risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) programme
- Develop bank-wide risk management and control evaluation standards and methodology
- Follow up on remediation of issues and findings raised by internal audit and regulators
- Maintain and enhance tools utilised to execute risk assessments and control testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Accounting and Finance or other relevant discipline(s)
- Minimum 8 years' experience in audit and risk management in the financial services sector
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
